My Story: Why I Rose
From silence to strength - the Heart behind She Uprising.
She Uprising wasn't born from strategy - it was born from survival.
From lived experience.
From heartbreak, healing, and the undeniable urge to rise.
I've walked the road of self-doubt, heartbreak, emotional trauma, and rebuilding.
I've known what it's like to shrink for love, to silence my truth for peace, and to feel invisible in a world that demands too much.
But I've also known what it means to rise - not perfectly, but powerfully.
This space was created for women like me - and maybe like you - who are tired of being told to "be less."
It's for the woman who's healing in quite moments, rebuilding in the dark, and reclaiming her voice - one truth at a time.
I'm not here as an expert.
I'm here as a sister in this uprising - sharing my truth through story, music and creativity, in hopes it helps you reclaim yours.
